With a new baby being born in Alberta, our family is rejoicing here in Ontario that the baby is in Alberta where the government will actually help the people. In Ontario, we are told what to do and who to vote for, it seems. The masses in Toronto who seem not to know anything at all that there is another big chunk of Canada outside of Toronto. All these people in a crime-ridden city only care about themselves and their Liberal/NDP perks while stabbings and shootings daily occur.

(Congrats on the latest addition to your … and our … family)

RCMP fail again

Any Albertans who have been watching the various federal commissions investigating Liberal wrongdoing, be it the ArriveScam App, the SNC Lavalin scandal, or the Aga Khan Trudeau holiday can only conclude the Trudeau Liberal Party is corrupt. In every case, crimes were committed and the RCMP failed to protect Canadians and failed to do their job of upholding the law. This should indicate to any Albertan who once supported the RCMP, they no longer will protect you and are corrupt.

(The RCMP has been in a steady decline)

Carbon tax force

The carbon tax increase April 1 didn’t fool anybody. It is nothing more than a tax to be spent by this inept Liberal gov’t. We were told it is to incentivize Canadians to change emission habits. If that was true, why is the PM’s tax-funded mansion not heated with a heat pump? Why is his gas-guzzling motorcade not EVs? Why does he crisscross the nation spewing more carbon in a year than most Canadians in a lifetime? Like our PM, the carbon tax is a farce.

JANE GILBERT

(He’s a hypocrite and doesn’t care much for us little people. Trudeau is happy to carry on until we can vote him out)

Perturbed at protests

Given the radically different actions by police at various protests, I would call on Premier Danielle Smith to open investigations and a public inquiry on how police procedures are arrived at and followed. We all remember the native blockade of the railroad and the pro-Hamas protests that regularly impede traffic. No consequences and the protesters are served coffee and doughnuts by the police. Those protesting tyrannical government, like the truckers, were beaten by armed thugs.

(There does appear to be a bit of a double-standard)
