Sucre Patisserie & Cafe has announced it will be closing its downtown Calgary location this month.
The popular spot for coffee and pastries revealed that its Brookfield Place outpost will officially close on December 20 after three years.
Sucre opened its third YYC outpost at Brookfield Place in 2021, where it served its wide range of French-inspired bakes, offering everything from croissants to cakes, cookies, macarons, and more.
While the spot will no longer have a physical presence in the downtown core, it will still be offering catering services in the area.
Luckily, Sucre still has two locations in the city to explore: one at the Mark building on 10th Avenue SW and another at 810 Centre Street N.
