One of Calgary’s most popular spots for quick and healthy meals has just opened its third outpost in the city.
Seed N Salt has finally opened its brand-new location in YYC’s University District at 4022 University Avenue NW.
The spot sources local ingredients to create a wide menu of breakfasts, smoothies, salads and bowls, with a large variety to choose from.
You have the option to select one of Seed N Salt’s signature dishes, such as the Kale Caesar with crispy bacon and parmesan crisps or the Tangled Thai with brown rice, a hefty serving of veggies and a spicy peanut dressing.
Alternatively, you can choose your own adventure and customize your salad with dozens of ingredients available.
The space inside is bright, airy, and filled with greenery, perfect for a zen lunch break. However, if you’re on the move, Seed N Salt’s dishes are available for takeout and delivery as well.
Seed N Salt has two more YYC outposts: one in Mission and another downtown.
