More details are expected from RCMP who are continuing to investigate the crash.

No other people are involved in the incident.

RCMP did say the transport truck rolled to its side in the ditch and the contents, including chemicals, spilled onto the grass.

Police couldn’t confirm what the chemicals were.

Northbound Highway 2 was closed in the area for some time, but opened around 10:30 a.m.

However, southbound traffic is still being detoured.
