A teen girl is dead following a crash at a rural intersection near Lethbridge on Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were called to Township Road 102 and Range Road 221, around 15 kilometres north of Lethbridge, around 9:40 a.m. for reports of a crash.
RCMP say two vehicles collided at the intersection.
A 14-year-old from Diamond City who was a passenger in one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene. The two drivers were both taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. There is no word on the cause of the crash.
Roads were closed in the area following the crash, but the intersection has since reopened.
