Suspects sought after violent fight between groups at downtown Calgary store

Police are trying to identify a group of suspects after a fight at a convenience store in downtown Calgary last month.

Calgary police say officers were called to a Circle K store at 4 Avenue SW and 5 Street SW around 11:45 p.m. on June 28.

It is alleged an argument broke out between two groups that escalated into a physical fight.

Officers arrived and found three injured men. One was unconscious and was rushed to hospital in life-threatening condition. He remains in hospital in stable condition.

The two others had minor injuries.

Police say three suspects fled the area before officers arrived. CPS have released photos of the trio (see above) in hopes someone will be able to identify them.

  • Suspect #1 is described as 23-28 years old, 5’9″ tall, 190 lbs. with short, dark hair. He was last seen wearing a green hoodie, grey shorts and white Nike shoes
  • Suspect #2 is decribed as 23-28 years old, 6’1″ tall, 200 lbs. with short, brown hair. He was last seen wearing a grey Champion sweatshirt, dark pants and white, high-top Nike shoes
  • Suspect #3 is described as 23-28 years old, 6’1″ tall, 215 lbs. with short, dark hair and chinstrap bears with a moustahce. He was last seen wearing a black Zoo York hoodie, black track pants with vertical stripes down the legs and black running shoes
