Mounties have charged a fifth person in the death of a Calgary woman whose body was found south of the city last year.
RCMP say the remains of 37-year-old Tara Miller was found near Highway 22 and 128 Street in Foothills County on March 30, 2023.
Her death was deemed a homicide and police arrested three men and a woman in January 2024.
In an update on Friday, RCMP say they arrested a fifth person in connection with Miller’s death on Wednesday.
Calgary resident Paul Fettig, 43, has been charged with manslaughter. He is set to appear in a Calgary courtroom next week.
