A power outage is impacting thousands of resident in northwest Calgary on Tuesday night.
Enmax says the outage began just after 7 p.m. and crews are working to restore power to parts of the Panorama Hills and Coventry Hills neighbourhoods.
Approximately 4,700 customers are affected, according to Enmax. They hope to have power restored by 10 p.m.
The City of Calgary is warning motorists of traffic lights being out along sections of Harvest Hills Boulevard and Country Hills Boulevard.
The utility company says the outage was caused by “wildlife interference.”
