Police are asking for help from anyone who may have information on a hit-and-run crash in southwest Calgary earlier this month.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Shawville Gate and Somervale Court SW, near Somerset-Bridlewood CTrain station, around 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 6.
Calgary police say a man in his 80s was using a marked crosswalk to cross Somervale Court when he was hit by a white cargo van that was turning left off of Shawville Gate.
The man suffered a non-life-threatening injury. The driver of the van left before police arrived.
Police are now asking anyone who saw the crash or may have dashcam footage of the area to reach out.
