Police looking for 2 kids last seen at SE Calgary convenience store

Calgary police are asking for help finding two children who were last seen at a store in the city’s southeast on Friday afternoon.

According to police, 10-year-old Skyla and 5-year-old Dylan left their home in the 2200 block of 48 Street SE between 1:13 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.

The pair were last seen at a Winks convenience store on the corner of 17 Avenue and 47 Street SE around 2:15 p.m.

Skyla is described as 5’0″ tall, 96 lbs., with dark-blond hair. She was last seen wearing pink hearing aids, pink runners, a blue Lilo and Stitch jumper, and holding a large pink flower and sparkly change purse.

Dylan is described as 3’0″ tall, 40 lbs., with blond shoulder-length hair. He was last seen wearing blue light-up shoes, blue camo shorts, and no shirt.

“Officers and the family are concerned for their safety and well-being,” reads a release from CPS. “At this time, there is nothing to indicate foul play, and this case does not meet the threshold for an Amber Alert.”
