An Alberta RCMP officer has been charged in connection to soliciting sex from underage girls.
Mounties say in Mid-June, an investigation began into a man who was believed to have been soliciting sex online.
The investigation was able to determine a man responsible, and 33-year-old Evan Peacock was taken into custody.
Peacock was also identified to be a member of the St. Paul RCMP for three and a half years.
He has since been charged with luring a child, and failure to comply with release order conditions.
RCMP note Peacock was previously released on conditions in connection to other charges in April.

He does remain suspended with pay, and has been remanded into custody. He is expected to appear in court on July 4.
