Family and Calgary police concerned for 69-year-old man missing from Monterey Park

A 69-year-old man with a medical condition has been missing from Monterey Park in northeast Calgary since Thursday, and police need the public’s help finding him.

Officers say Karamjit was last seen in Fort Macleod on July 4 at 9 a.m. after initially travelling south of the city in a silver 2005 Chevrolet Uplander with Alberta license plate HEA401.

His current trajectory is unknown at this time.

Police believe Karamjit left his home on the 0 to 100 block of Del Rio Place NE between 8 p.m. on July 3 and just before 4 a.m. the next day. They add he suffers from a medical condition and his family are concerned for his wellbeing.

Investigators describe Karamjit as 5’7″ tall, around 170 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a white beard. They say he was last seen wearing a black hat with a logo, pyjama pants, and a black coat.

His vehicle has noticeable rust along the rear bottom area on the driver’s side, and the side moulding is also missing from the driver’s side of the vehicle.
