A man reported missing from Penbrooke Meadows in southeast Calgary is being sought by police, who are turning to the public for help.
Officers say 41-year-old Tru was last seen on March 18 leaving his home on the 5000 block of 1 Ave SE near Memorial Drive East.
They describe him as 5’7″ tall, 130 pounds, with a medium build, short black hair, and brown eyes.
Tru was last seen riding a black electric scooter wearing glasses, a black winter jacket, blue jeans and tan boots, police say. They add he also goes by Shane.
The Calgary Police Service no longer shares the last names of people reported missing or shares details on whether any of those individuals are found deceased.
The service said this change was brought forward by its missing persons team after feedback from families and those found safe.
Police ask anyone with information about the whereabouts of Tru is asked to call them at 403-266-1234 or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
