Calgary Flames sign goalie Dustin Wolf to two-year contract extension

The Calgary Flames have locked up goaltender Dustin Wolf to a two-year deal worth $1.7 million.

Wolf, 23, was a seventh-round selection by the Flames in 2019. His cap hit for the next two years will be $850,000 and is a two-way deal in year one and a one-way deal in year two. He was a restricted free agent.

The native of Gilroy, Calif., played 17 games for the Flames last season, posting a .893 save percentage and 3.03 goals-against average. His numbers with the AHL Calgary Wranglers were .922/2.45.
