Jayman Built will throw a public party from noon to 4 p.m. on Aug. 24 to launch four move-in-ready park-facing homes in Glacier Ridge, an Anthem/Ronmor Developments community.
The four spec homes, two of which will be furnished and accessorized, are just four of the 14 homes to be constructed on Marmot Walk N.W. that face the park. With no road in front, access is only from the rear.

“This is the second phase of park-facing homes we have offered in Glacier Ridge. The first had 13 homes, on a different park, and it sold out. This is the only community where Jayman park-facing homes are available,” says Jayman sales manager Michael Klassen.
The four home models available to tour during the four-hour event will be the Kootenay 24, Banff 24, Jasper 24 and Yoho 22. Every park-facing home, apart from having no busy street in front of it, is on a traditional lot and includes a covered front porch, a fully landscaped front yard and a rear concrete parking pad.
Prices start at $729,900 with Jayman’s Core Performance features as standard. Among those features are solar panels, UV light air purification system, high efficiency furnace, tankless hot water heater, triple-pane windows and Smart Home technology.
“There will be no show homes for park-front homes in this phase of Glacier Ridge. There will be just move-in ready spec homes that can be seen on Aug. 24. Some are still under construction with move-in dates ranging from immediate to September or October 2024,” says Klassen.
Jayman’s Summer in the Park event will feature lawn games, free gelato, refreshments, a prize giveaway and a chance to tour the four spec homes on Marmot Walk N.W. Exact directions can be obtained at the builder’s Glacier Ridge laned show home at 47 Edith Terrace N.W.
