There’s also a bedroom, full bathroom, laundry area, dining area and rec area. There is no need for the tenant to head above grade for any of these amenities. In fact, there is no need for them to go through the main level at all.

The show home presents the ability for this model to possess a side entrance, offering direct access to the staircase to the basement.

On the aforementioned second level, privacy is achieved through its winged format. With a central bonus room as the buffer, the primary bedroom is on the far opposite end of the second level from two secondary bedrooms.
