Calgary and Edmonton are likely to see better price growth, given these markets are more affordable. Another factor for Alberta’s resale markets is shrinking supply, which should further support prices. Still, RBC’s report did state that Calgary has seen more new listings in recent months as sales have cooled along with prices.
