It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an upstairs bonus room, Butler’s pantry and an additional walk-in pantry. The basement was fully developed, which is not always the case when builders plan a spec home. This added a fourth bedroom, another four-piece bathroom and a large media room to the home.
