While many master bedrooms can be considered sufficient, it is uncommon to see one tick every box. This extends to its size and design, along with the calibre of its closet and ensuite.
These style and functionality strengths are on display in the Clairmont SSY 24. This model by Cedarglen Homes, available in sizes ranging from 2,250 to 2,575 square feet, is demonstrated as a show home in Livingston.
A tone for the master bedroom is set by upscale french doors at its entrance. It’s positioned for privacy, with no other rooms on the second floor in its direct vicinity, beyond a laundry room to which it accesses through the closet.
At 14-foot two inches by 12 feet three inches, the bedroom’s proportions are considerable, and there’s a large window that fills it with natural light.
The above mentioned closet is reached from within the master ensuite. Attaching the ensuite, closet and laundry room creates short cuts and conveniences that make both the start and end of day routine easier.
