Calgary’s market deviated from Edmonton’s rental market, the report added. In Edmonton, rent for a one-bedroom unfurnished suite averaged $1,375 a month. That is down from $1,392 in October — a decrease of less than 1.5 per cent. But it is an increase from $1,317 a month in June, or more than four per cent.
