Commuters who rely on the Red Line to get where they need to go could be running late Wednesday morning, after Calgary Transit shut down a portion of the train line due to a suspicious package.
In a post to social media just before 7:30 a.m., Calgary Transit said Sunnyside Station had been closed.

Calgary police confirm to CityNews officers are investigating a suspicious package found at the station.
Shuttles are being organized between Lions Park Station and 7 Street Station.
