Calgary police are searching for a man they say stabbed two people in a Beltline apartment Monday morning.
Investigators say just after 9:30 a.m., officers were called to a building in the 600 block of 13 Avenue SW for reports that a man and woman had been stabbed.
The suspect left the scene before police got there.
Police say the victims were taken to hospital in stable condition.
Investigators have reviewed surveillance camera footage from the area and say they don’t know if the suspect and victims knew each other.
Police are now asking the public for help in finding the suspect who they believe is a Black man in his 20s, wearing a long black jacket with a circular logo on the left arm, black pants, white socks, black sneakers, and a black bandana on his head.
Anyone who sees the suspect is asked not to approach the man and call 911 immediately.
