Police looking for missing boy last seen leaving school in SW Calgary

Calgary police are asking for help finding a boy who hasn’t been seen since Thursday morning.

Police say 12-year-old Jeremy was last seen leaving his school around 11 a.m. in the southwest Calgary community of Westgate. His school is located in the 900 block of 45 Street SW.

His family and the school reported him missing when he didn’t return home. Police say they are concerned for his “safety and well-being.”

Jeremy is described as 5’1″ tall, 100 lbs. with a slim build, brown eyes and brown hair.

He was last seen leaving school on a scooter with green duct tape on it. He was last seen wearing a maroon hoodie, black baggy pants, a black backpack, a black-and-red bandana and a black baseball cap with white writing on it.

Anyone has information on his whereabouts is being asked to contact Calgary police, or leave tips anonymously to CrimeStoppers.
