Calgary police looking for senior missing from SW care facility

Calgary police are asking for help finding a senior who’s been missing for more than 24 hours.

Police say 78-year-old Rodney was last seen at his care facility in 3500 block of Sarcee Road SW around 9:20 a.m. Thursday.

He was reported missing on Friday.

Police say Rodney suffers from a medical condition and they are “concerned for his well-being.”

He is described as 5’3″ tall, around 139 lbs., with a medium build and short grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue and black shirt with his sleeves rolled up, black jacket, black pants, black baseball cap and shoes with black-and-white soles.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
