New listings also grew, led by Fraser Valley up 17 per cent. Vancouver’s market saw an increase of 11 per cent. And in Toronto, new listings grew seven per cent year over year. Montreal’s new listings in November also increased, rising six per cent. Calgary’s new listings were up five per cent, while Edmonton only saw a one-per cent increase year over year.
