Did someone say “free burgers”? Those are our two favourite words. If you feel the same, read on, friends.
Ontario’s Rosie’s Burgers is not only launching its first Calgary location at the end of the month, but it’ll be offering a free burger deal for the first 100 folks in line on its opening day.
On November 30 at noon, the first 100 people who head to the 1509 8th Street SW eatery can look forward to enjoying one “The Rosie” smash burger, free of charge.
You’ll find this new neighbourhood burger joint just behind Save on Foods and Canadian Tire. It will be the brand’s fourth Canadian location and first outside of Ontario.
With the tagline “Just the classics,” Rosie’s Burgers offers a menu of nostalgic favourites that wouldn’t look out of place at your local diner.
The popular spot offers eats such as smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, poutine and onion rings.
For those looking for a sweet treat, it even serves up housemade banana pudding, chocolate chip cookies, and handspun milkshakes in a variety of flavours.
Founded by Daniel, Dustin, and Bryan Gelman in 2020, this concept was named after the trio’s beloved grandmother.
