When and how to watch the 2024 Grey Cup

After plenty of anticipation, the Grey Cup match between the Toronto Argonauts and Winnipeg Blue Bombers is roughly 24 hours away.

These two heavyweights will face off tomorrow at BC Place in Vancouver. The match will start at 6 pm ET/3 pm PT.

This game will be available on TSN and CTV on cable TV. Pre-game coverage on TSN will begin at 1 pm ET/10 am PT. Meanwhile, pre-game coverage on CTV will get underway at 4:25pm ET/1:25pm PT. French-language coverage will air exclusively on RDS.

What will be the 111th Grey Cup features two teams coming off strong seasons. The Blue Bombers finished first in the West Division with an 11-7 record, while the Argos placed second in the East Division at 10-8.

The two teams met twice this season, with the Argos winning both. They won the first matchup on July 27 by a 16-14 final and the second on October 11 by a score of 14-11.

Despite winning both regular season matchups, the Argos are heavy underdogs entering this one. Part of that is because they will be without starting quarterback Chad Kelly, who suffered a season-ending leg injury last week. They will instead have Nick Arbuckle under centre, who has just 26 starts over his seven-year CFL career.

Of course, everyone knows that the Grey Cup is plenty more than just football. Another big reason to tune in is for the Twisted Tea Canada Halftime Show, which will see the Jonas Brothers take the stage.

While fans have plenty of viewing options from home, those located in or near Vancouver who want to see this game in person are in luck. Tickets are still up for grabs, and the prices range from $128.20 to $1,074.25.
