St. Louis Bar & Grill launches new menu complete with pizza

One of Canada’s most well-known wing chains has just given its menu a huge revamp.

St. Louis Bar & Grill, the Toronto-based casual dining chain known for its wings and ribs, has refreshed its menu to include some brand-new offerings created by head executive chef Matthew Sullivan.

Among the dishes joining the menu at St. Louis is its new Detroit-style pizza, a rectangular, thick-crust pizza topped with cheese for a crispy golden crust.

The new pizzas come with a range of toppings, including classics such as pepperoni, meat lovers, and mushrooms with Cajun honey. The spot will also offer a St. Louis Wings Pizza, complete with boneless chicken wings and the chain’s famous garlic dill sauce.

In addition to pizza, St. Louis is also launching Cheesy Honey Buns, which are toasted with honey and parm and served with garlic butter or three cheeses, Coins & Curds, with crispy dill pickle coins and beer-battered cheese curds, and a BBQ Bacon Burger.

Wing lovers will want to visit before the month is out, as St. Louis will be offering one pound of wings for just $5 with the purchase of any of its new pizzas until December 1.

The new menu forms part of a wider refresh of the St. Louis brand, which includes a new logo, new decor and uniforms, and a refreshed website and app.
