By comparison, Toronto and Vancouver were largely flat, Soper says. And quarter over quarter, prices dropped nearly three per cent in Toronto and more than one per cent in Vancouver. Calgary’s market, in contrast, saw prices rise slightly quarter over quarter despite summer being traditionally slower than spring.
