Officers in Calgary are investigating a Saturday morning shooting in the city’s southeast that sent one person to hospital.
Staff Sgt. Mike Saad said the incident happened at about 2 a.m. in the 0 to 100 block of Radcliffe Cresent.
He says EMS rushed the individual to hospital in stable condition.
Police have not yet spoken to the victims and have not determined if it was a targeted or random attack.
That said, Saad says the public is not at risk.
The suspect or suspects fled in a vehicle. Saad says the investigation is ongoing.
